Customer Reviews
Prompt, efficient, reasonable, friendly.
We’ve had occasion to use this company on multiple occasions over the years, for things ranging from clearing a routine drain line root clog, to diagnosing and repairing an underground broken line, to remedying a “clean-out” issue created by the original builder of our home.
Most recently, replacing a worn seal on the base of a toilet, with discovery of a massive root also in the drain line as a result - now remedied!
As a bonus, Chris and Spencer researched an unusual sink in our home and pointed us in a direction to find a part for it!
This company also has resources and equipment exceeding that of most other plumbing companies. For example, our main cleanout access is roughly 125’ from our septic tank, and we’ve found over the years that most pluming companies only have 100’ snakes!
No problem for Professional Plumbing IE!
We won’t use anyone else.
It’s rare to find people who take such pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers, but Chris and Spencer are exactly that. From big fixes to smaller issues, they have approached each of our jobs with the same level of care and professionalism. We’re so grateful for them and truly can’t recommend them highly enough.
Chris the technician with Professional Plumbing was Knowledgeable, Patient, Explained to me everything he was doing on the Job , the price for the Job was great

Frequently Asked Questions
My water is cold, what do I do?
I see water under my water heater, do I need a new one?
This could indicate a leak, either from the tank or the connections at the top. If the tank is leaking, it will need to be replaced. However, if it's just the connections, it’s usually a simple and inexpensive fix.
What is the pipe on the side of my water heater that’s dripping?
This is the temperature and pressure relief valve drain line. Dripping usually signals that the temperature or pressure is too high. It’s best to have a qualified plumber inspect this as it could be a safety issue.
Why is my water heater making noises when heating?
Noises like boiling or percolating often mean sediment has built up on the bottom of the tank. This sediment can cause premature tank failure. Regular maintenance can prevent this issue.
Should I get a Tankless Water Heater instead of a traditional one?
When should I replace my water heater?
Traditional tank-type water heaters typically last around 7-8 years. If yours is older, it may be time to consider a replacement. Tankless models generally last longer, but it’s essential to monitor their condition as they age.
